Associate Professor (Computer Science): 04 Posts Qualifications: i). Good academic record with a PhD degree in Computer Science. ii). Masters degree in Computer Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. iii). Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses and technology mediated teaching learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students. iv). Minimum score of 300 points as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) by the University Grants Commission. Assistant Professor (Chemistry): 02 Posts Qualifications: i). Good academic record as defined by the concerned University with at least 55% or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed at the Masters degree level in Chemistry from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited Foreign University. ii). Must have cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the University Grants Commission, Council for Scientific and Industrial Research or similar test accredited by the University Grants Commission. iii). Notwithstanding anything contained in clauses (i) and (ii) candidates who are, or have been awarded a PhD degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of PhD degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/ SLET/ SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Universities/ Colleges/ Institutions. iv). NET/ SLET/ SET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET/ SLET/ SET is not conducted. Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professor (Obstetrics & Gynecology): 20 Posts Qualifications: i). MBBS degree qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102of1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102of1956). ii). Postgraduate degree in the concerned speciality or Super-speciality i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Obstetrics and Gynecology) or Master of Surgery (Obstetrics and Gynecology). Age: 40 years Pay Scale: Rs.15,600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs. 6,600 (Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs. 45,954/-Approx.) + NPA+ TA and HRA as admissible, Central Health Service, Teaching Specialist Sub- cadre. Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professor (Plastic Surgery): 06 Posts Qualifications: i).MBBS degree qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102of1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102of1956). ii). Postgraduate degree in the concerned speciality or Super-speciality i.e. Magister Chirurguie (Plastic Surgery) or Magister Chirurguie (Plastic and Constructive Surgery). Director (Institute): 01 Post Qualifications: Degree in Textile Technology or Textile Chemistry or Textile Processing or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology with specialization in Textile Technology or Textile Processing or Textile Chemistry from a recognised university or institute. Age: 50 years Pay Scale: Rs.15,600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs. 7,600 (Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs. 48,024/-Approx.) + TA and HRA as admissible, General Central Service, Group 'A', Gazetted, Non- Ministerial.
