M.Phil. in Developmental Studies @ University of Calcutta

Institute of Development Studies, Kolkata, in association with University of Calcutta, invites applications for admission in to its M.Phil. Programme in Developmental Studies for the academic year 2014-15. Eligibility Criteria MA/ M.Sc. / M.Com. or Professional Courses like Engineering, Agriculture, Medicine, Law, MBA etc.(equivalent to Master’s degree of University of Calcutta) with 55% marks in aggregate from Calcutta University or with 60% marks from any other recognised university. SC/ST candidates are eligible to apply with 50% marks in aggregate. Reservation for SC/ ST/ PH candidates will be applicable as per university rules. The number of students admitted in a year will not exceed twenty. Applicants having cleared NET, SET, or any other national level eligibility test, will not have to sit for entrance test.
