1. Team Leader: 01 PostQualification: Postgraduate qualification in Sociology/ Political Science/ Economics/ Public Administration/ Social Work or MBA. The Team Leader needs to have demonstrable experience in the following areas: i). Minimum ten years of experience in Social Development Sector. ii). Knowledge of the planning process in local governments. 2. Specialists (MIS): 15 Posts Qualifications: i). The Specialist will be professionally qualified with post graduate qualification in Computer Science/ Statistics/ Economics/ MBA (Systems) or MCA. ii). Five years experience in database management, development of MIS, and M&E. iii). Advanced Computer skills especially in the use of the advanced statistical analysis tools. iv). Good written and oral communication skills in English & Malayalam. 3. Specialist (Financial Management): 01 Post Qualifications: i). Postgraduate degree in Commerce or MBA (Finance). ii). Minimum five years of experience in Financial management. iii). Knowledge of the planning process in local governments. iv). Good reporting skills in English & Malayalam. v). Good computer skills. 4. Specialist (Public Works): 01 Post Qualification: i). Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering. ii). Minimum five years of field experience in public works management. iii). Knowledge of the planning process in local governments. iv). Good reporting skills in English & Malayalam. v). Good computer skills. 5. Computer Programmer: 01 Post Qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology from a recognised university after undergoing regular course of study. Or M.Sc. in Computer Science from a recognised university after undergoing regular course of study. 6. Clerical Assistant cum Accountant: 15 Posts Qualification: B.Com. degree awarded by a recognised university or equivalent qualification. 7. Office Assistant: 01 Post Qualification: SSLC or equivalent qualification.
