1. Deputy Director (Development): 03 PostsQualification & Experience: i). Postgraduate degree in Horticulture/ Agriculture/ Plant Sciences (with working experience of plantation tree crops) from a recognised university or equivalent. ii). Seven years experience in a responsible capacity (out of which 5 years experience in a Group A post under the Central Government or equivalent) in agriculture development with particular reference to coconut crop. 2. Deputy Director (Marketing): 01 Post Qualification: i). Postgraduate degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture from recognised university or equivalent. ii). Seven years experience in a responsible capacity (out of which 5 years should be in a Group A post under the Central Government or equivalent) in Marketing/ Processing of Agricultural Commodities and in Market Intelligence/ Market Surveys and Market Promotion activities.
