The Centre for Comparative Literature, University of Hyderabad, invites applications from eligible candidates for appointment as Guest Faculty during July-November 2014 for teaching compulsory/optional courses at the IMA (Integrated Masters) and MA levels. Guest Faculty: 04 Posts Comparative Indian Literature Comparative Literature Contemporary Approaches to Literature Lyric Mode Narrative Mode World Literatures: Colonial-Postcolonial Transactions ultural Studies Translation Studies Dissertation Writing Language/ Writing Skills Comparative Literature and Methodology Criticism Contemporary Theory Qualification: Postgraduate or equivalent degree in Comparative Literature Or in English/ Indian Literatures Or in an allied discipline, like Cultural Studies or Translation Studies with 55% marks or an equivalent grade, from a recognised Indian/ Foreign University. Candidates with NET, teaching experience, scholarly publications in reputed journals/ volumes and PhD/ M.Phil. Degrees in any of the above mentioned subjects would be preferred.
