1: PGT:

1: Education Qualification for PGT with all subjects except computer science:
To apply for  job code 2105 PGT  post applicants must have passed  Master degree with B.Ed degree from recognized university / institute / college.
2: Education qualification for PGT-Computer Science only
At least 50% marks in aggregate in any of the following:
B.E or B.Tech (Computer Science/ IT) from a recognized University or equivalent 
Degree or Diploma from an institution/ university recognised by the Govt. of India. 
or 
B.E or B.Tech (any stream) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computers from 
recognized University 
or 
M.Sc. (Computer Science)/ MCA or Equivalent from a recognized University 
or 
B.Sc. (Computer Science) / BCA or Equivalent and Post Graduate degree in subject 
from a recognized University 
or 
Post Graduate Diploma in Computer and Post Graduate degree in any subject from 
a recognized University 
or 
‘B’ Level from DOEACC and Post Graduate degree in any subject 
or 
‘C’ Level from ‘DOEACC’ Ministry of Information and Communication Technology 
and Graduation.

Age Limit as on 01-08-2013:
For TGT: 21-40 Years
For PGT: 21-35  Years
For All other vacancies: 18-36 Years
Relaxation in upper age limit will be as under:
(a) No age bar in the case of employees of Senior Secondary Education
(b) Upto a maximum of 5 years in the case of SC/ ST candidates. 
(c) Upto a maximum of 3 years in the case of OBC candidates. 
(d) Upto 5 years for persons who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu and 
Kashmir during 01.01.80 to 31.12.89. 
(e) Upto a maximum of 5 years for Government Servants. 
(f) Upto a maximum of 10 years in the case of SC/ST and 08 years in the case of OBC candidates 
serving as Govt. employees in accordance with the Govt. of India instructions. An applicant 
claiming age relaxation under this para should produce a certificate from his/her employer to 
the effect that he/ she is a Govt. servant as on the date of advertisement. 
(g) Upto a maximum of 10 years in the case of Physically Challenged candidates. 
(h) Upto a maximum of 10 years in the case of women candidates for teaching posts only. 
Note 1:
Except for Physically Challenged candidates, all the concessions mentioned above will be concurrent, that is, if a person is eligible for more than one 
concession, only one of the concessions of the highest permissible limit, will be granted. For Physically Challenged, if a person belongs to SC/ST, he/she will be 
allowed 15 years, i.e., 10 years for Physically Challenged and 5 years for SC/ST.

General & OBC Applicants: Rs.300/-
SC/ST/PH Applicants : Rs.150/-

Recruitment of mentioned posts in Senior Secondary Education for which the Common Written Exam (CWE) is to be held on 19.01.2014. Your call letter, for Written Examination, giving the date, time and venue address would be available on website dssb-recruitment.org (Date 10.01.2014). No hard copy of the call letter will be sent by the Board by post.

Penalty for Wrong Answers:
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or
 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score.
 If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

After the written examination the passed candidate will be attend in interview. Merit will be prepared on basis of 90 % weight of written examination and 10 % weight of interview.
Interview:
Candidates who have been shortlisted in the examination will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organization. 
Interviews will be conducted at select centres. The centre, address of the venue, time & date of Interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates
in the call letter. Candidates are required to download their interview call letters from authorized dssb-recruitment website www.dssb-recruitment.org. 
Please note that any request regarding change in date, centre etc. of interview will not be entertained. However the conducting agencies reserve the right
to change the date/ venue/ time/ centre etc. of interview or hold supplementary process for particular date / session / venue / centre / set of candidates
 at its discretion, under unforeseen circumstances, if any.

(2)Photo Identity Proof such as PAN card/Passport/Driving License/Voter’s card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo Identity proof issued by
a Gazetted Officer or People’s Representative/ Identity Card issued by a recognized College/university/Adhar Card with a photograph/Employee ID in original
as well as a photocopy.Please note that you have to be present at the examination hall 30 minutes prior to the time mentioned in the call letter. Candidates
who report late will not be permitted to take the examination.As communicated in the advertisement, Information Handout and call letter for Written Examination,
please note that no candidate is permitted to use or have possession of Calculators, Mobile Phones, Pagers or any other communication devices in the Examination Hall.
To avoid cancellation of candidature and any other action as decided by Senior Secondary Education, candidates are advised in their own interest not
to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones/ pagers or any other communication devices to the venue of examination.
