Should possess experience in Audit & Inspection and HR & Admin. Department of a Co-op. Bank or Nationalized Bank in respective department. To monitor timely, accurate, concise and effective documentation of audit reports on exceptions observed during the course of audit.Ensure qualitative and effective performance in all areas of audits and inspection undertaken. Critically review of the existing process and procedures during the audit of respective areas and suggest areas of improvement which would enhance controls and simplify process flow. Identify any operational risk areas and escalate to the team leader. To effectively track and identify revenue leakage and suggest measures/process to plug the same. Follow up with concerned department for submission of Audit response and review of the same. Updating and ensuring awareness amongst staff on various Regulatory compliance and circulars issued by RBI from time to time.Updating and ensuring awareness amongst staff on various internal procedures, processes and new products introduced.
15 to 20 Years

Lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability, ensuring high quality service and Customer Relationship Management;Desirable: Credit Exposure Ensure achievement of overall Branch Targets by generating business and cross sales Complaints Handling ; Review Branch Operations reports
8 to 10 years
Any Graduate - Any Specialization OR PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
Mandatory: I Class Graduate in any stream & CAIIB

4Chief Manager
Lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability,ensuring high quality service and Customer Relationship Management and credit exposure. Own all branch-banking objectives and overall branch supervision, Ensure achievement of overall Branch Targets by generating business and cross sales,Complaints Handling Review, Branch Operations reports,Ensure compliance with Banking rules, Regulations & Procedures.
7 To 10 years

5Marketing Executive
Responsible for Corporate & Product Promotional strategy planning to provide adequate marketing support to each branch and region so that they achieve their business targets.
-Coordinating with the branches in their assigned region to get feedback of local markets and accordingly plan our promotional activities
-Responsible for planning and executing the promotional plans for new branch launch to give initial boost in the business of the respective branch
-Responsible for setting up a strong network for various promotional activities planned for the respective region. Streamlining and setting up processes that give a professional output in terms of execution of various marketing activities -Responsible to ensure satisfactory execution of all the strategic marketing plans and streamlining all the promotional activities to develop the business in the Region.
-Responsible for coordinating with various branches for the execution of the promotional plan which includes coordinating for creative presentation, coordinating for monitoring response of promotional activities, etc.
-Responsible for planning the marketing budget
7 To 10 years
Any Graduate - Any Specialization OR PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
Mandatory : Graduation in any stream with at least II Class & CAIIB
Desirable: - MMS/MBA,
