Qualification: B.Sc. (Physics), M.Sc./ M. Phil. (Physics/ Applied Physics/ Materials Science), M.Sc. Tech. (Engineering Physics/ Nanotechnology) or equivalent degree with first class (at all levels) with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 6.5 on 10 point scale, or not less than 60 % marks in aggregate.
