Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Sc. in relevant stream and at least 2 years of post M.Sc./ B.E./ B.Tech. research/ teaching experience as evidence from published papers in standard refereed journals or ME/ M.Tech. or equivalent degree in relevant stream and passing of GATE test.
