Ericsson Company requires Operations Support.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
1. Understanding and Feasibility Analysis, projection of customer requirements.
2. Evaluate and recommend new Tools.
3. Interface with pre-sales team.
4. Interface with Sales team for tools related queries.
5. Interface with delivery managers for day to day operational activities.
6. Maintenance of vendor agreements.
7. Debugging dropped packets, whether at the network, NIC, OS, or application layers.
8. Troubleshooting kernel panics and system hangs.
