Qualifications/ Job Responsibilities:
1. BS in engineering. Master's in engineering highly preferrred.
2. 10+ years industry experience with Bachelors in Engineering.
3. Strong understanding of various IP and/or Data Center technologies, understanding of industry trends, knowledgable on various tools, processes, scripting languages, ability to quickly train people, exposure to customer deployments, escalations.
4. Understanding L2/L3 switching and routing, Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP/IP, IPV4, IPV6, MPLS.
5. Working knowledge of basic QoS, VLANs, STP, RSTP Protocols.
6. Understanding of OSPF, BGP, RIP routing protocols, Openflow, SDN, Openstack, ESX, Data center Fabric, Virtualization, VXLAN technologies.
