- Vice President - Compliance (Company Secretary): 01 Post
Qualification (As on 31/10/15): Post Graduate and fellow membership of the institute of Company Secretaries of India. Candidate with additional degree in Law/ Chartered Accountants/ MBA (Finance) from reputed A Grade B-School / CA IIB are preferred.
Experience (As on 31/10/15): Minimum 7 years of experience in a public sector bank or a reputed listed public limited company (3 - 5 years of in depth exposure to compliance function/ secretarial function is desirable).
