Fellow Programme in Rural Management @ Institute of Rural Management Anand

Adminissions Eligibility:
To be eligible for admission to the FPRM 2016 Programme an applicant must satisfy one of the following conditions:
  • PGDRM from IRMA
  • PGDRDM from IRMA with one year post diploma work experience
  • Postgraduation in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution with 55% marks at PG and 50% marks at Graduation (college) level
  • Five-year professional degree (medicine, veterinary science, architecture etc.) with 60% marks and at least one year work experience
  • Four-year professional degree (engineering, agricultural sciences etc.) with 60% marks and at least three years’ work experience
  • Applicants having a valid score of UGC JRF in relevant disciplines (management, economics, social work, sociology, psychology, commerce, etc.)
  • Applicants, who expect to fulfill the eligibility requirements before June 13, 2016, may also apply.

How to Apply:
  • Candidates may apply online at http://forms.irma.ac.in/
  • Pay application fee of Rs.1200/- for General/ OBC and Rs.600/- for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates through payment gateway.
  • Make payment at any branch of IMS learning centre, after getting IMS receipt, apply only through IRMA website by using IMS receipt number.
  • Take a print out of SBI challan available on IRMA website in the admission link. Make payment at any branch of SBI by using the challan. SBI would then issue a unique ID number. Use this unique ID number and apply online through IRMA website.

Selection Process:
  • IRMA will use CAT 2015 / XAT 2016 scores. All applicants for IRMA Admissions have to additionally appear for the online admissions test “Issues of Social Concern”.
  • FPRM participants are selected on the basis of the Admissions Test, Interview and Presentation of an Essay.
  • Applicants with PGDRM qualification from IRMA and applicants with a valid score of UGC JRF in relevant disciplines (management, economics, social work, sociology, psychology, commerce, etc.) are exempted from taking the admissions test and will be directly called for the interview.

Important Dates:
Last date for receipt of filled-in applications (for hard copy): 24th December, 2015
Last date for receipt of filled-in applications (for online): 31st December, 2015
