Experience: 10 years experience in the area of Monitoring & Evaluation of Agricultural Development Projects out of which 5 years should be in the cadre of Dy.Director. Advanced training / research work in the area of Monitoring & Evaluation of Agricultural Development Projects. Degree or Diploma in Management. Aptitude for team work under a Leader. PhD or its equivalent in any of the subjects given above. Experience: 3 years of Experience in Training / Teaching / Research in relevant field. Experience in National / International Institutes / KVKs in relevant areas. IT skills like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
