Skills and qualifications: Experience gained in a similar solutions sales management role. A consultative/solution sales approach and ability to manage a complex sales cycle. Able to articulate the value of technology to a non-technical audience. Experience selling productivity solutions both on-premise and online. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Lync. Degree or equivalent ideally in Business Administration or Computer Science. Able to influence a mix of teams - although you won’t have direct reports, you’ll need to lead those involved in a project.
