Scholarship Details
- Number of scholarships available are 2, one for a PhD student and one for a Masters by Research student.
- The PhD Scholarship top-up is valued at $10,000 per annum for three years, with a possible six month extension.
- The Masters by Research Scholarship top-up is valued at $10,000 per annum for two years.
- he top-up scholarship is available to local or international students.
Eligibility:
Applicants must:
- have obtained a letter of offer for a Masters by Research or PhD degree at RMIT University in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering by the closing date of 31st December, 2015. (or) already hold an offer letter from RMIT to do a Masters by Research or a PhD in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering
- possess good fundamental knowledge in signal processing, experimental design or intelligent systems, excellent mathematical skills (probability theory and statistics, algebra, complex analysis) and good programming skills in Matlab, C.
- have good oral and written communication skills in English language.
- master degree in electronics/biomedical/software engineering with a high GPA
- evidence of research excellence (publications/patents)
