Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2400/- in Pay Band-I with special pay as prescribed for Tamil Nadu Government Employees.
- Electrician Grade-II: 06 Posts
Qualification: i). Must have ability to read and write the regional language. ii). ITI certificate in the concerned trade. iii). Must have previous experience in any electrical undertaking or engineering firm for a period of 3 years. iv). Must have a thorough knowledge of all electrical appliances with special reference to motor testing, battery repairing, armature winding, attending to the installations like electric motors giving connections to motors and starters, etc.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of RS.2400/- in pay band-1
- Wireman Grade-II: 05 Posts
Qualification: i). Must have ability to read and write the regional language. ii) ITI certificate in the concerned trade. iii). Must have previous experience as a Wireman in any Engineering workshop or firm for a period of not less than 3 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.2400/- in pay band-1.
- Boilerman Grade-II: 02 Posts
Qualification: i). Pass in SSLC or equivalent examination. ii). should possess III Grade Certificate issued by Chief Inspector of Boiler. iii). Two years experience in maintenance and operation of electrically operated or oil fired boilers and water treatment plants.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.2400/- in pay band-1.
- Plumber: 04 Posts
Qualification: i). Working knowledge of the regional language with ability to read and write. ii). Must have an experience of not less than 3 years in the respective field or a Certificate in the appropriate trade issued by the ITI.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of RS.2400/- in pay band-1.
- Assistant Draughtsman (Civil): 01 Post
Qualification: i). Certificate Course in Draughtsman-ship (or) ii). Diploma in Civil Engineering with Machine hand drawing as major subjects.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.2400/- in Pay Band-I.
- Draughting Officer Grade-III: 01 Post
Qualification: i). Pass in the special examination for Group certificate in building drawing which has been prescribed for draughtsman in the Gov. technical examination (or) ii). A pass in the D.C.E. diploma examination conducted by the State Board of technical Education & Training, Tamil Nadu (or) iii). A certificate granted by the I.T.I. Govt. of Tamil Nadu for the completion of the course of Industrial Training in the trade Draughtsman (Civil) (or) iv). The Diploma awarded in Draughtsman (Civil) trade by the Director General Resettlement and Employment (now Director General of Employment and Training) Government of India (or) v). The National Trade Certificate in Draughtsman (Civil trade) awarded by the National Council for Training Vocational Trades, Government of India.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- in Pay Band 2.
Registration Fee: Crossed DD of Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- in the case of SC/ ST candidates) drawn in favour of "The Finance Officer, Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Chennal-51" issued by any nationalized bank, payable at Chennai.
