Eligibility: Masters degree in relevant discipline from a UGC recognised University. Selection Process: Candidates qualified in the NET, SET or equivalent examinations as well as candidates having an M. Phil. degree are exempted from the written examination but are required to appear at the interview. They will have to submit their research proposals (within 1000 words) by 25th August, 2015. Those who will qualify in the written examination will have also to appear at the interview and submit their research proposals (within 1000 words) on 31st August, 2015 at the office of the Department.
