M.Tech. Programme Spot Admissions @ NIT Warangal

Eligibility: All candidates with valid GATE score (GATE year: 2014, 2015) are eligible to participate in the spot round. (Those who have not registered with CCMT-2015 are also eligible). Those students who are admitted to any Institute (including NIT Warangal) under CCMT 2015 will be permitted to participate in Spot Round only if they withdraw their current seat. The candidates can give a maximum of 8 choices among the M.Tech. specializations for which they are eligible to apply, based on their qualifying degree and GATE discipline. How to Apply: Candidates can collect the application form, in person, at the venue on August 14, 2015, and filled-in application form has to be submitted before 11 AM with a copy of the GATE score card, 2 passport-size photographs, and photocopies of all the necessary documents (marks card / grade card of 10th, 12th and of all the semesters of undergraduate programme, category certificate (if applicable) etc. The candidates must produce all documents in original for verification during the spot round. Selection Process: The allotment will be strictly based on the GATE score, academic eligibility and category to which the student belongs. The vacant seat matrix, as on August 10, 2015 (after internal sliding), which is available for spot round, has been enclosed as reference which will be updated if any more vacancy arises). Allotment will be made for all the vacant seats as on August 14, 2015.
