Principal Qualification: a. Diploma or Degree in the field of specialization. b. Proficiency/ good knowledge of music or dance, though not being a performing artist, having the capacity to perform in the category of specialisation. c. Capacity to get on well with artists d. Academic degree will be an additional qualification e. Knowledge of local language and English is essential, knowledge of Hindi as an additional qualification f. Should have put in about 10 years of service in a supervisory capacity in a reputed institution. Age Limit: 56 years Pay scale: Rs.15600-39100 with Grade pay Rs.5700/- Selection Process: Deputation basis / Short term contract. The mode of selection is through a Departmental Promotion Committee. Registrar Qualification: Lecturer in Bharatanatyam or Carnatic Music with 8 years approved service in the grade.
