Selection Process:
(a) M.Sc. in Materials Science & Technology: Selection is based on the performance of candidates in the entrance examination to be conducted by CENTAC–PG.
(b) M.Phil. in Physics (Material Science):
Selection is by an interview on the research area concerned. The weightage of mark distribution are 20% for UG degree, 40% for PG degree and 40% for personal interview.
