Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.

Completed application form accompanied by Demand Draft of Rs.1000 towards processing fee (Rs.500 in case of SC/ ST/ physically handicapped candidates), in favour of ‘Assistant Registrar (Admissions)’, payable at Vijayawada, and should reach the School by post along with required documents.

Selection process:
Master’s Degree in Planning (Environmental Planning and Management):

Out of the total 20 seats not more than 10 seats are through Centralised Counseling for M.Tech./ M.Arch./ M.Plan. Admissions (CCMT 2015) conducted by National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
Only GATE qualified candidates from B.Arch,, BE (Civil),and B.Plan. are eligible and have to apply to CCMT, NIT,Rourkela.
The remaining seats are open for Students from MA (Geography)/ MA (Economics)/ MA (Sociology) with aggregate 60% marks for Unreserved/ OBC categories or 6.5 CGPA out of 10 scale and 55% marks for SC/ ST/ PH categories or 6.0 CGPA out of 10 scale. Further, B.Arch., BE (Civil) and B.Plan. students without GATE qualification can apply directly to the Institute.

Master’s Degree in Planning (Urban and Regional Planning):

Out of the total 20 seats not more than 10 seats are through Centralised Counseling for M.Tech./ M.Arch./ M.Plan. Admissions (CCMT 2015) conducted by National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
Only GATE qualified candidates from B.Arch., BE (Civil), and B.Plan. are eligible and have to apply to CCMT, NIT, Rourkela.

Only GATE qualified candidates from B.Arch., B.E (Civil), and B.Plan are eligible and have to apply to CCMT, Rourkela.
B.Arch. students with aggregate60% marks for Unreserved/ OBC categories or 6.5 CGPA out of 10 scale and 55% marks for SC/ ST/ PH categories or 6.0 CGPA out of 10 scale without GATE qualification can also apply directly to the Institute. They will be offered the balance seats after CCMT counseling.
