 Fellowship Details:
- Number of fellowships: 100 per year
- Duration of the fellowship: 5 Years
- Applicants are provided with a fellowship of Rs.25, 000/- per month for first 2 Years and Rs. 30,000/- per month from 3rd year onwards
- Applicants are also provided with Contingency grant of Rs.50,000/- per annum and Escorts/ Reader Assistance of Rs. 2000/- per month (fixed) in case of physically disabled candidates
Eligibility:
Applicants must have:
- a doctorate degree in the relevant subject preferably with published research work to their credit.
Age Limit:
- The upper age limit for male applicants is 50 years as on 1st July of the year of application, and 55 years in the case of female candidates.
