Fellowship Details:

Duration of the Fellowship: 4 Years
Candidates joining with Master's Degree in Engineering / Technology or a degree recognized as equivalent will receive a fellowship of
- Rs.25,000/- per month, for the first two years
- Rs.28,000/- per month, in the next two years
Candidates joining with a Master's Degree in Sciences / Humanities / Social Sciences /MCA / MBA or a degree recognized as equivalent will receive a fellowship of
- Rs. 25,000/- per month, for the first two years
- Rs. 28,000/- per month in the next two years
Candidates joining with Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology or a degree recognized as equivalent will receive a fellowship of
- Rs. 25,000/- per month, for the first two years
- Rs. 28,000/- per month in the next two years

Eligibility:

Candidates must have:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology or in the appropriate discipline with a minimum 9.0 CGPA or 90% marks from a recognized Institute or University (Minimum 8.0 CGPA or 80% marks for SC/ST candidates) (OR) Master's Degree in the appropriate discipline with a minimum 6.5 CGPA or 65% marks from a recognized Institute or University (Minimum 5.5 CGPA or 55% marks for SC/ST candidates)

The duly filled in application form along with necessary documents and a Demand Draft for Rs. 1,000/- (Rs. 500/- in the case of SC/ST candidates) towards Registration fee, drawn in favour of the Director, National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur, payable at SBI RIT Branch (Code 1882), NIT Jamshedpur must be sent via post to:
