Credit and Collections Analyst, Accounts Payable Team Lead Jobs @ Red Hat

Credit and Collections Analyst Recruitments: Bachelors degree required; advanced degree is a plus. 6-8 years of experience, preferably with a technology company, working in a rapidly changing, deadline-based position involving heavy interaction with multiple levels of management and peers. Experience drafting credit analysis. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to communicate across all regions, including Asia, Europe, Latin, and North America. Ability to develop skills in negotiation, analysis, logic, problem solving, crisis management, and leadership. Familiarity with credit risk management and financial statement analysis. Good organizational skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent, with great diplomacy and influencing skills. Accounts Payable Team Lead Recruitments: Bachelors degree in accounting. 8-10 years of relevant experience. Good working knowledge of taxes, both direct and indirect. In-depth understanding of accounting principles; US GAAP knowledge is an advantage. Oracle 11i/R12 experience is beneficial; basic ERP experience is essential. Experience using Mark view.
