Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Joining formalities of the new joinees.
  • Taking the Induction program.
  • Preparing and sending the day to day “Attendance Report”.
  • Handling the Exit Formalities.
  • Doing the “Filing work” of the employee records.
  • Handling basic part of Recruitment (screening the CV’s from the job portals, scheduling the interviews, background verification).
  • Participating in organizing the “Employee engagement activities”.
  • Assisting in the making of “Payroll”.

Skills: Excellent communication skills, good at excel.
Experience: Fresher, 0-1year
Location: Bangalore
