Eligibility: 1st Class in M.Tech/ Ph.D. Graduates in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Renewable Energy/ Energy Systems/ Energy Engineering/ Thermal Engineering/ Heat Power are preferred.
2. M. Tech (Environmental Engineering & Management)
Eligibility: 1st Class in M.Tech/ Ph.D. Graduates in Civil Engineering/Chemical Engineering with specialization in Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Engineering & Management are preferred.
3. M.Tech (Avionics)
Eligibility: 1st Class in M.Tech/Ph.D. in Avionics. Experience in Teaching or Industry preferred.
4. M.Tech (Biotechnology)
Eligibility: M.Tech/Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engg., Biomedical Engg., Bioprocess Engg.
5. M.Tech (Nanotechnology)
Eligibility: M.Tech/Ph.D. in Nanotech. M.Sc. & Ph.D-Physics, M.Sc.& Ph.D.-Chemistry.
