Diploma Programme in Dramatic Arts @ National School of Drama

Eligibility: Graduation in any subject from a recognized University in India or Abroad. Participation in at least 6 theatre productions. Working knowledge of Hindi and English. Age limit as on 1st July, 2015. Minimum 20 years, Maximum 30 years. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST candidates only. Scholarship: Finally selected Candidates for the course will be given a scholarship of Rs.6000 per month. Application forms dully filled in & complete in all respects must reach To Dean Academics, National School of Drama, Bahawalpur House, Bhagwandas Road, New Delhi-110001 Selection Process: An Expert Committee constituted by the School will assess the aptitude and talent of the candidates and its decision will be final. A preliminary test/ audition will be conducted at six centres i.e. Guwahati: 23rd May, 2015 Kolkata: 25-26 May, 2015 Banglore: 28th May, 2015 Mumbai: 2-3 June, 2015 Lucknow: 5-6 June, 2015 Delhi: 8-11 June, 2015 The candidates qualifying in this test will have to attend a workshop of 5 days in the school premises from 16-20 June, 2015. For the final selection candidates will be paid D.A. and II class train/ bus fare from the place of their residence to Delhi and back by the shortest route, on submission of ticket/ cash receipt and will also be provided accommodation on modest sharing basis.
