Scholarship Description
: King’s College London Theological Trust was founded in 1980 with funds realised as a result of the transfer to the general purposes of the College of the former Theological Hostel. The Trust is empowered to provide financial assistance to students and former students of the Department of Theology & Religious Studies/Department of Education (Theology & Education).

Number of award(s): Normally one scholarship is awarded each year, to a student from overseas who has been accepted to study in the Department of Theology & Religious Studies.

What does it cover? The scholarship meets the full cost of fees and provides a maintenance grant at a rate which the Trustees aim to keep broadly comparable with those provided by the Arts & Humanities Research Council (AHRC). No individual grant will exceed the Home student tuition fee, although it is unusual that the maximum amount will be awarded.
