Biotechnology Finishing School, Bangalore invites applications for PGD Fellowships for the academic year 2014-15. Scholarship Details Fellowship of Rs.10, 000 provided to students every month for 1 year (both during academic semester as well as internship period). Eligibility Criteria Candidates must have a minimum of 50% in Master’s degree from Universities of the state or any other University recognized as equivalent in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics or any other life science related courses; BE / B.Tech. – Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Agriculture, Veterinary, MBBS and BDS are also eligible to apply. In certain exceptional cases (Plant Tissue Culture & Micropropagation domain at MMAS - Sirsi & St. Aloysius College – Mangalore) B.Sc. degree holders are eligible. Candidates who have appeared for the M.Sc. / BE final exams can also apply. Upon selection, a provisional degree certificate should be submitted to the respective colleges within two weeks of course commencement.
