Florence Nightingale School of Nursing invites applications from unmarried / divorcee / widow without encumbrance female candidates, for its Diploma programme in General Nursing & Midwifery Programme for the academic year 2014 -15.Eligibility Criteria The candidates must have passed / appeared in 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized board / university with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of 10+2 (best five subjects. 5% relaxations for candidates belong to SC/ST category) Candidates must produce their original 10+2 original pass certificate at the time of counseling. Any four subjects including English (Three subjects + English) from the list given below will be cnsidered for entrance examination. Also, candidate must have passed in all subjects of 10+2. (Five subjects as per CBSE policy). Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, English, Commerce, Accountancy, Economics, Business Studies, Computer science/ Informatics practice/ Word processing/ Multimedia,History, Geography, Civics, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, Home Science. 17 to 30 years as on 31.12.2014. (5 years upper age relaxation for SC/ST candidates). The candidate should be medically fit.
