Diploma & Crafts Programmes @ Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition

Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, (IHMCT) invites applications from candidates for its Diploma and Craftsmanship Programmes for the academic year 2014 -15.
Programmes as follows

  • Diploma in Food Production
  • Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery
  • Craftsmanship Course in Food Production
  • Crafstmanship Course in Food & Beverage Service
Eligibility Criteria
Name of the ProgrammeEligibility with English as one of the subjects
Diploma in Food ProductionHSC/(10+2) Pass or equivalent
Diploma in Bakery & ConfectioneryHSC/(10+2) Pass or equivalent
Craftsmanship Course in Food Production10th PASS or equivalent
Crafstmanship Course in Food & Beverage Service10th PASS or equivalent


Age limit: 25 yrs (born on or after July 01, 1989)

How to Apply: Candidates can avail application forms for both Diploma and Craftsmanship at-

Important Dates:
  • Last date for Issue of Application form (By Post): 04.07.2014. In person: 09.07.2014. UP TO 4.00 pm.
  • Last Date for receipt of filled in Application Form by the Institute: 09.07.2014. UP TO 5.00pm.
