Support Training Content DeveloperSkills: 3-5 years of experience developing training content for a technical support organisation. 3-5 years of experience in curriculum design; equivalent degree will also be considered. Minimum RHCE or JBCAA certification, preferably RHCA (must be able to obtain RHCA). Familiarity with Red Hat products, including troubleshooting techniques. Ability to work effectively and conduct knowledge transfer between diverse groups of people. Sales Data Analyst Recruitments: Masters degree in business administration or equivalent in management or economics with 5+ years of experience. Bachelors degree in computer science or statistics. Minor in economics or statistics. Advanced skills with spreadsheets with proven experience managing large data sets, conducting time series analysis, and building financial models with sensitivity analysis. Technical Writer Recruitments: Bachelors degree in a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience that can be demonstrated through writing samples will also be considered. Training or experience in writing technical content for end-users, including reference manuals, whitepapers, user guides, and design specifications.
