Software Validation EngineerRecruitment: Excellent knowledge of software testing techniques and test case development; can easily determine what test case is required for various testing scenarios. Basic knowledge of software development languages and tools such as C++, Java, and SQL. Basic knowledge of relational databases, preferably Oracle. Familiarity with database design and/or testing. Database Designer Recruitment: Experience in Database Setup or Designing. Well developed literary, numeric & computer skills. Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills. Associate Live Study Manager Recruitment: 4+ years of relevant work experience preferred, including but not limited to; working in a customer service related environment; working with IVR or RTSM; working in a clinical trials environment. Excellent communication skills, ability to provide excellent customer service. Exposure to database preferably Oracle, proficiency in MS-Office.
