ProfessorQualifications:i). PhD with first class or equivalent in the appropriate discipline, with at least first class academic record throughout from 10th class to PhD degree. ii). At least a minimum of 10 years teaching, research and/or industrial experience, of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IISc, IIMs and IISERs or at an equivalent level in any such other Indian or Foreign Institute. Associate Professor Qualifications: i. PhD with first class or equivalent in the appropriate discipline, with at least first class academic record throughout from 10th class to PhD degree. ii). At least a minimum of 6 years teaching, research and/ or industrial experience, of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor. Assistant Professor Qualifications: i). PhD with first class or equivalent in the appropriate discipline, with at least first class academic record throughout from 10th class to PhD degree. ii). At least a minimum of 3 years teaching, research and/or industrial experience, from the date of defending the PhD Thesis (duration while pursuing PhD Program is not be included). Assistant Professor (on Contract) Qualifications: i). Fresh PhD with first class or equivalent in the appropriate discipline, with at least first class academic record throughout from 10th class to PhD degree. ii). Moved after 1 year to AGP of Rs. 7,000 based on a review of performance.
