Human Capital Analyst Requirements: Masters degree preferably in Human Resources, Business or related field. 5 - 6 years of work experience, preferably in Human Resources generalist experience with expertise in all Human Resources functional areas with a strong emphasis in organisation development/ effectiveness and leadership development. Strong experience and expertise in working on Excel, PowerPoint and other tools to manage various data needs. Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills. Location: Gurgaon Sr. Analyst- Managed File Transfer (MFT) Requirements: Must have 15 or 16 years of full formal education background. (Candidates with distance education degrees/ diploma are not eligible). Experience with solutioning around MFT systems. Prefer Axway Synchrony experience. Experience with file manipulation such as PGP Encryption/ Decryption, ETL processing, data blocking, compression, etc. Experience with oracle database. Location: Noida Sr. Analyst- Oracle Business Intelligence Requirements: Must have 15 or 16 years of full formal education background.
