Personnel Manager: 01 Post Qualifications: Postgraduate diploma holders in Business Administration with 05 years experience in Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations in any establishment out of which 03 years should have been in a responsible capacity in factory. Requirement of experience relax able in the case of those having postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management. Or Graduate with diploma in Personnel Administration or Social Work/ Science/ Industrial Relations with 09 years experience in Personnel Administration and Industrial relations in any establishment out of which 03 years should have been in a responsible capacity in a factory dealing directly in Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations in all their aspects including negotiation with labour union. 2. Analyst: 02 Posts Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemistry (main subject or Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry) with one year experience in Chemical Analysis.
