Doctor In-charge: 01 PostQualification: Minimum MBBS. Psychiatrist would be preferred. Consultant, Main Streaming (CSM): 01 Post Qualifications: i). Masters degree in Sociology/ Social Science. ii). Minimum 10 years experience in NGO/ Govt. sector. iii). Knowledge of local language. Consultant, Voluntary Blood Donation (VBD): 01 Post Qualifications: i). PG degree in Social Science/ Sociology/ Social Work. ii). At least 5 years experience in organizing voluntary blood donation in VBD organisation. iii). should be a regular blood donor. iv). Knowledge of donor motivation, donor recruitment and donor retention. v). Knowledge of local language. Assistant Director (Documentation & Publicity) Qualifications: i). Bachelors degree and PG diploma in Mass Communication/ Public Relations. ii). Minimum 5 years experience in the field of developmental/ health communication including planning and implementation of IEC campaigns and in developing social mobilization campaigns. District, Integrated Counseling & Testing Centre (ICTC) Supervisors: 02 Posts Qualifications: i). Graduate in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development. ii). Three years work experience as Counselor in an ICTC/ PPTCT centre run under the National AIDS Control Programme. iii). Working knowledge of computers. iv). Valid Driving License. Counselor: 03 Posts Qualifications: i). Graduate in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development. ii). Diploma in Nursing with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field of HIV/ AIDS. iii). In case of community of people infected with or affected with HIV/ AIDS, graduates from any field or those with a diploma in Nursing may be considered if they have a minimum of one year of experience in the field of HIV/ AIDS. Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (OST): 01 Post Qualifications: i). ANM. ii). Registration certificate as Registered Nurse/ Midwife from State Nursing Council. Knowledge of local language. Data Entry Operator: 01 Post Qualifications: i). Graduate (preferably from Commerce/ accounts background). ii). Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognised institute or ‘O’ level course from DOEACC. iii). He/ She should be trained by NACO in monitoring & evaluation of the programme aimed to build the capacity of the person in recording data, preparing and sending reports and maintaining records properly. iv). Knowledge of Konkani.
