Scholarship Details Number of scholarships available are 2, one for a PhD student and one for a Masters by Research student. The PhD Scholarship top-up is valued at $10,000 per annum for three years, with a possible six month extension. The Masters by Research Scholarship top-up is valued at $10,000 per annum for two years. he top-up scholarship is available to local or international students. Eligibility: Applicants must: have obtained a letter of offer for a Masters by Research or PhD degree at RMIT University in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering by the closing date of 31st December, 2015.
