Areas of Research: Grants can be for specific disciplines in the Humanities (with a preference for archaeology, ancient Indian art, architecture, conservation studies, cultural geography, cultural history, numismatics, museum studies, intangible cultural heritage and scientific applications to the humanities). Scholarship Details: UK Scholarships: Scholarships for postgraduate study at an Indian university. Scholarship worth up to a maximum of Rs. 5,00,000/-. scholarship also includes pay towards the cost of air travel to India, modest subsistence allowance, internal travel and in some circumstances payment of fees to approved institutions. Successful applicants must submit to INTACH on the return from their trip to India a report on the outcomes of their research and study visit. Research Grants: Grants are offered up to a maximum of Rs. 3,00,000/- Grants may be paid towards the cost of travel within India, modest subsistence allowance and in some circumstances payment of fees or expenses to approved institutions. Successful applicants must submit to INTACH on completion of their research a report on the outcomes of their research and study visit. Capacity Building Grants: Grants are offered up to a maximum of Rs. 1,00,000/- Grants may be paid towards the cost of travel within India, modest subsistence allowance and in some circumstances payment of fees or expenses to approved institutions. Eligibility: UK Scholarships: Most grants are awarded to professionals in the early stages of their career, or to students. Only persons of the UK nationality and domiciled and normally resident in the UK are eligible to apply. JBNSTS Senior Scholarship Test, 2015

Scholarship Details: Duration of the Scholarship is till the end of BE/MBBS/M. Sc. Degrees. Scholarship amount of Rs. 1,000/- per month and an annual book grant of Rs. 1,000/- Students get exposure to seminars, colloquia, educational tours, scientific research projects. Under DST, JBNSTS Scholars of Basic Sciences are directly considered for the Scholarship for Higher Education (SHE) under the “INSPIRE” Program . The Scholarship of Rs. 60,000/- per annum and a research grant of Rs. 20,000/- per annum shall be given till the completion of Master's Degree. Eligibility: Students who have passed 10 + 2 examination in 2015 and are currently studying in Basic Sciences (Hons.)/Medicine/ Engineering in registered colleges/institutes/universities in West Bengal are eligible. Pass course and diploma course students are not eligible. Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on their performance in Written Test, Interview and Scientific Creativity Test. Written Test consists of questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. Scientific Creativity Test is for selected candidates based on Interview. PhD Studentship, 2015 @ Cardiff University

Scholarship Details: Number of Studentships: 1 Duration of the Studentship: 3 years Studentship consists of full UK/EU tuition fees, as well as a Doctoral Stipend matching UK Research Council National Minimum (£14,057 per annum for 2015/16). Students are also provided with additional funding of value £500 for running costs such as travel expenses. This studentship is open to students of any nationality. Eligibility: Candidates should: Have B. Sc. 2:1 or 1st or equivalent in relevant area (Physiotherapy; Sports/Exercise Science/Movement Science). Have experience in rehabilitation research and movement analysis, computer programming for biomechanical analysis and musculoskeletal modelling. M.
