CSIR-Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-CEERI) is a premier research Institute in the field of Electronics set up under the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR). Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will apply as per GOI instructions. The number of positions are tentative and may vary.
In case suitable candidates for the positions of Senior Project Fellow with essential qualifications as given above are not available, these positions would be filled up as Project Fellow with qualifications of Project Fellow as given above on fixed remuneration of `16,000/- per month (fixed).
Tenure of engagement: Six months in the first instance, likely to be extended in steps of six months for the duration of Project based on satisfactory performance. The total tenure as Project Fellow/Senior Project Fellow shall not exceed 5 years in any case. The total tenure of five years shall be calculated as per periods spent on one Project and/or different Projects taken together in CSIR-CEERI, Pilani or any other Lab./Instt. of CSIR as Project Fellow/Senior Project Fellow (formerly known as Project Assistant Level I, II and III) or as any other designation of equal status.
Leave: Project Fellows/Senior Project Fellow will be entitled for one day leave for each completed month’s service.
Enhancement in On completion of 2 years, the performance of the individual shall be
Remuneration: adjudged by an internal committee. On the recommendations of the
Committee enhancement of `2000/- per month shall be considered at each level.
The engagement of Project Fellows/Senior Project Fellow will be made on behalf of the Sponsorer of the Projects. These are not CSIR-CEERI/CSIR posts and will not confer any right on the incumbent to any claim, implicit or explicit, on any post in CSIR-CEERI/CSIR.
Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria on the date of interview may appear for “Walk-in-Interview” in the Conference Room of this Institute on 11.11.2013 from 08:30 am to 01:00 pm for Senior Project Fellow and on 11.11.2013 from 11.30 am for Project Fellow with his/her Bio-data in the prescribed proforma available at CSIR-CEERI website alongwith original documents of qualifications semester-wise/year-wise and caste certificate, if any (not older than 06 months in case of OBC) with one set of attested copies thereof for each area/level.
No candidate shall be allowed for registration after 11.30 am for SPF and 2.30 pm for PF.
No TA/DA for appearing for interview will be paid to the candidates.
