ENGAGEMENT OF RETIRED PARA-MEDICAL EMPLOYEES
A walk-in-interview will be held on
01.10.2013 at 10:30 AM in the ffice Chamber of undersigned for Selection for
imm ediate engagement and for drawing up a reserve panel for future engagement
of Retired (from Govt/ESIC/Municipal body/Quasi Govt/Defence Services) Group
“C” non-ministerial para-medicalemployees not above the age of 64
years to the following posts on contractual basis. Retirees with
qualification/experience as mentioned against the c oncerned post and accepting
the below mentioned ter ms and conditions may report for walk-in-interview on
the said date at 09:00 AM with attested/Original copies of following
papers/documents. The original copies will be returned after verification.
At the time of Interview the ca ndidates should
bring along with them Original plus Attested copies of Educational
qualifications (Certtificates & Mark sheets) from Matriculation or
equivalent onwards, Experience certificate, PPO/Disc harge Certificate, Proof
of Age (Matriculation certificate), Caste certificate and 2 recent passport
size photographs and Identity proof of self like voter Identity card/passport
etc.
The vacancies are in
respect of ESI-PGIMSR and ESIC Hospital & ODC (EZ), Joka Model
Dispensary & Diagnostic Centre (MDDC), Falta/Haldia. MDDC Haldia will start
functioning shortly.

Other terms and condition
i.Age – Engagement will be maximum for a period
not exceeding one year or till the employee reaches the age of 65 years, or
till a regular employee joins the post, whichever is earlier.
ii.Remuneration : Fixed amount of ` 15000/- only
on “ No work no remuneration” basis subject to condition that pension plus this
remuneration should not exceed the last pay including DA drawn by the official
at the time of retirement.
iii.Conveyance (not for daily commuting to duty
place) may be reimbursed according to the entitlement of the official at the
time of retirement subject to a maximum of ` 2000/- p.m.
iv.Leave will be allowed at pro-rata basis
of one day for each completed month of engagement and continued absence for 07
days or more will automatically amount to voluntary abandonment of contractual
engagement without any notice.
v.No other benefit is admissible.
vi.Working hours/shift duty/weekly off will be
at par with regular employees of the post. However, in case of need the engagee
may be required to attend duty on closed holidays also without any additional
remuneration.
vii.No TA/DA is admissible for attending walk-in-interview/joining duty.
viii.The number of posts may vary as per factual
requirement.
ix.The selection for/engagement to the post is
subject to instructions issued by ESIC Hqrs. Office.
