PGECET – 2013 NOTIFICATION
(Conducted on behalf of APSCHE)
Applications are invited for appearing Post-graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (PGECET) for
admission into M.E./ M.Tech./ M. Pharm./ M. Arch./ Graduate level Pharm D (P.B) (Full Time) in
University and Affiliated Engineering/ Pharmacy Colleges in A.P. for the academic year 2013-2014 as
per G.O. Ms. No. 54 Higher Education Department (EC-2) dated 21.6.2007 and amendments.
Eligibility Criteria to appear for the Test:
Candidate should have passed or appeared for the final year of B.E./ B.Tech./ AMIE/ B.Pharmacy/ B.
Arch./ B. Planning or equivalent examination for seeking admission into relevant PG courses and its
Specializations/ Graduate level Pharm-D (PB) courses. For details see the Annexure in the information
provided in www.appgecet.org and www.osmania.ac.in.
NOTE:
(1) The vacant seats in PG courses, if any, after admitting GATE/GPAT qualified candidates will be filled
with the candidates based on the Rank secured in the PGECET-2013 Entrance test.
(2) Separate notification will be issued shortly for admission to PG courses in Engineering for
GATE/GPAT Qualified candidates. However, such candidates may also appear for PGECET in case
they wish to seek admission in other interested specializations.
(3) GPAT qualified candidates are eligible for admission into M. Pharmacy courses only.
(4) PGECET qualified candidates only are eligible for admission into Graduate level Pharm-D (PB) course.
(5) As per the latest AICTE approval process Hand Book 2012-2013 eligibility criterion for admission to
Engineering and Pharmacy courses is 50% marks in group subjects taken together in the qualifying
examination (45% for reserved category). However candidates shall fulfill the eligibility criteria laid
down in the relevant GOs at the time of admission.

Applications are invited from the eligible Indian Citizens for the post of Telecom Technical
Assistant (TTA) in the non-executive category in BSNL, Chennai Telephones through an open
Competitive Examination to be held on 30.06.2013 (Sunday).
VACANCIES: No. of vacancies to be filled up in BSNL, Chennai Telephone District and
Chengalpet SSA in the cadre of Telecom Technical Assistant is given below:-
10% of the total vacancy will be reserved for Ex-Servicemen which will be adjusted with the
category to which Ex-Servicemen belong and 3% of the total vacancy will be reserved for PH
candidates. Candidates, who suffer from not less than 40 percent of relevant disability is eligible
to apply as indicated (i) and (ii) below. In this connection PH candidates would have to submit a
Disability Certificate issued by a competent authority in the format given in Annexure-A.

1. Scale of Pay: The Telecom Technical Assistant shall be appointed in the IDA pay scale of
Rs.13600-25420 with annual increment @ 3% of basic pay. In addition, HRA, Perks, Medical

2. Jurisdiction: Normally selected candidates will be posted at the same SSA but under
special circumstances they will be posted anywhere in Telecom Circle and anywhere in India
under Territorial Army Act 1948.
3. Eligibility
3.1. Nationality: Only Indian Nationals would be eligible to apply.
3.2. Educational Qualifications:
The Applicant must possesses, (as on the closing date of receipt of applications) the educational
qualifications in any of the following disciplines from a recognized Institute/University:
a) Three Years Engineering Diploma in

Note 1:
I. No equivalence in the Educational qualification is provided.
II. Candidates possessing higher qualification in the eligible stream are allowed to appear in
the examination.
III. Candidates possessing Three year Diploma certificates are eligible to appear in the Exam
irrespective of percentage of marks obtained by them.
Note 2:
The appearance of the candidates in the examination will be purely on a provisional basis and
failure to produce the certificate as to the above qualification at the time of scrutiny of documents
will make the candidate ineligible in the examination. No extension of time in this regard or any
request for relaxation in qualification would be entertained under any circumstances.
4. Age:
(a) Candidates must be between 18 and 27 years of age as on 13.05.2013 (i.e. closing date of
receipt of applications from candidates). The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST
and 3 years for OBC candidates. The age relaxation for BSNL employees is upto 40 years for
OC, 45 years for SC/ST and upto 43 years for OBC candidates as per Rules. Ex-servicemen are
eligible for relaxation in age limit as per Rules. The upper age limit for PH candidates is
relaxable upto 10 years for OC candidates, 15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC.
SC/ST/OBC candidates should enclose attested copies of Community certificate issued by The
Competent authority for availing age relaxation.

ote: The date of birth entered in matriculation or Secondary School Leaving Certificate or in a
certificate recognized by an Indian University as equivalent to Matriculation or in an extract from
a Register of Matriculates maintained by a University which extract must be certified by the
proper authority of the University or in the Higher Secondary or an equivalent examination
certificate. The certificates are required to be submitted only at the time of appointment. No other
document relating to age like horoscopes, affidavit, birth extracts from Municipal Corporation,
Service records and like will be accepted.
5. Probation Period: 2 years.
6. Bond & Training: Selected candidates will have to execute a bond for two years for the
amount as decided by the Company in favour of BSNL. Candidates must undergo the prescribed
training of 10 weeks. During the training period they will get stipend as per rule in existence.
Syllabus & Question Paper :
(a) There shall be only one Paper of multiple choice objective type of three hours duration
(10.00 A.M to 1.00 P.M as per syllabus with the following details:

(b) Each question shall carry one mark.
(c) The standard of paper in General Ability test will be such as may be expected of an
Engineering Diploma holder. The standard of papers in other subject will approximately be that
of Diploma level of an Indian Polytechnic. In the Specialization Part-III, a candidate has to
attempt a common set of questions from the consolidated syllabus prescribed under
Specialization Part-III.
8. Minimum qualifying marks
a) Minimum qualifying marks in the paper will be 40% for the General Category (OC) and 33%
for the candidates of SC/ST/OBC/PH categories. The question paper shall comprise of three parts
of 20, 90 and 90 each, as prescribed in the Scheme and Syllabus .
b) The Minimum qualifying marks in each of the three parts of the question paper will be 30%
for OC and 20% for candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST categories i.e. the minimum passing
marks in each of the three parts in respect of OC will be 6, 27 and 27 respectively where as in
respect of OBC/SC/ST, it will be 4, 18 and 18 respectively.
c) Further relaxation of 2% in marks will be given to the Physically Handicapped candidates in
each category viz. OC-PH, OBC-PH, SC-PH and ST-PH.
d) There will be negative marking for each wrong one, 25% of mark of that question shall be
deducted.

The appearance of the name in the merit-list does not confer any right on the candidate for
employment. A final call letter/ appointment letter will be issued to the candidate after
completion of all other formalities.
No request for revaluation of answer books shall be entertained under any circumstance.
9. Examination Centre
The examination will be in the jurisdiction of Chennai Telephones.
10. Application form for examination
(i) The candidate shall register his/her application in the website address
http://210.212.240.235/ttaexam and download the same and send a hard copy after affixing a
photograph and signing the declaration along with enclosures to the following address.

(ii) The completed application form in A4 size paper along with attested copies of the certificates
in respect of qualification, age, community and PH etc. and self addressed stamped envelop of 27
x 12 cms. should be sent by Registered post/Speed post or in person so as to reach on or before
13.05.2013. The envelope containing application form should be marked “APPLICATIO
FOR THE POST OF TTA DIRECT RECRUITME T 2012 I BS L” in bold letters on the
top of the envelope.
(iii) Candidates working in Government Service Central/State/Public Sector undertakings should
send their application through the Head of their Office/Department so as to reach within the due
date.
(iv) An applicant is allowed to appear for examination against the vacancy of one SSA only.
(v) Selection will be through a competitive examination i.e. merit in SSA concerned followed by
medical test, pre-appointment formalities etc. Posting will be given subject to successful
completion of training.
11. Examination fee : Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) in the form of Bank Draft/Postal
Order from a Nationalized Bank or Indian Postal order from any Post Office drawn in favour of
“Accounts officer (C&A) HQ Zone, BS L, Chennai Telephones” payable at Chennai in a

REJECTIO :
(i) Applications received after the closing date or incomplete in any respect shall be summarily
rejected and no communication in respect of the rejected application forms shall be entertained.
(ii) Any cutting or overwriting in any part of the application form will render it liable to be
rejected. Candidates are, therefore, advised to take special care while filling the application form.
(iii) The applicants would be admitted to the examination on the basis of the information
furnished by them in their application form. They are, therefore, advised to ensure that they fulfil
all eligibility conditions before applying. In case it is found at a later stage that the information
furnished by an applicant is false or an applicant does not fulfil any of the eligibility conditions,
the candidature of such applicants would be cancelled and no correspondence in this regard
would be entertained. Issuance of an admit card for the examination will NOT confer any right
for appointment. Appointment will be solely subject to fulfilment of all eligibility conditions.
The decision of BSNL in this regard shall be final & binding.
(iv) BSNL will NOT be responsible for postal delay or loss of application in transit.
13. Travelling Allowance to SC/ST candidates: The applicants belonging to SC/ST candidates
in PH categories will be entitled to T.A. as per provisions of Ministry of Finance (Deptt. of
Expenditure) O.M. No.19014/3/77-E.IV (B) dated 17.02.1978. SC/ST candidates shall be eligible
for Travelling Allowance by second class sleeper passenger train fare by the shortest route from
the railway station nearest to their normal place of residence, or from which they actually
performed the journey, whichever is nearer to the place of examination centre, and back to the
same station provided the distance travelled by train each way exceeds 30 K.Ms. The candidates
are required to produce the following documents on the exam date.
(a) Filled up TA Forms in the format attached;
(b) Unemployment certificate issued by M.P./M.L.A. or Gazetted Officer of the place where the
candidate normally resides;
(c) Copy of Rail/Bus Ticket of the journey performed by the candidate.
14. Admit Cards: Admission card will be issued to eligible candidates only.
15. Disqualifications: No person
15.1 Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living,
or
15.2 who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the post of TTA.
Provided that BSNL may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law
applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so
doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

16. No request for withdrawal of candidature received from a candidate after he has submitted
his application will be entertained under any circumstances. Any dispute regarding the
recruitment will be subject to the Courts/Tribunals having jurisdiction over the place of
concerned Circle office of BSNL from where the candidate is appearing in the examination.

Qualification: - As prescribed above. Candidates who are appearing at the qualifying exam, passing of which would render them educationally eligible for these posts but have not yet been informed of the results, will also be eligible for applying for these posts. Such candidates will be admitted to the examination, if otherwise eligible, but their admission would be deemed to be provisional and subject to cancellation, if they do not produce proof of having passed the eligibility qualification by the date of Interview, which is likely to be held by July/August‟2013. Job Profile:
The job profile of Senior System Analyst entails looking after diverse works of Signalling/Telecom/Automatic Fare Collection Systems including hardware & software in shift duty including night shift.
The job of Jr.Engineers include maintenance of various Electrical (Rolling Stock/Lift/Escalators/Power supply, stores etc), Electronics (Signaling & Telecom, Automatic Fair Collection, Rolling Stock, E&M, Scada, Stores etc), Civil (P. Way & Works) & Mechanical systems and train maintenance, handling/operating Tower Wagon/Shunting etc. in shift duty including night shift.
The Job profile of Maintainer pertains to maintenance of various Maintenance Systems & processes, in connection with operation & maintenance of Metro Trains, and also for installation/ execution of various systems like Lifts, Escalators, Track, Structure, Traction/OHE, E&M, Signaling, Telecom/Automatic Fare Collection, Train Coaches, P. Way, works, Stores Depots etc., in shift duty including night shift.
Selection process: For the post of Sr.System Analyst (post code-01), the selection methodology will comprise three-stage process – Written Test (two papers), Personal Interview followed by Medical examination in Bee-Two category.
For the post of Jr.Engineers (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Civil), (post codes 02,03,04 & 05) the selection methodology will comprise three-stage process – Written Test (two papers), Personal Interview followed by Medical examination in Aye-one category not below Aye-three.
For the post of Maintainer, (post codes 06) the selection methodology will comprise three-stage process – Written Test (one paper), Personal Interview followed by Medical examination in Bee-One category.
Medical Examination: All candidates shall have to undergo the medical fitness test(s) and meet the medical standards prescribed by DMRC for various posts. Expenses for the first time medical examination of the candidate will be borne by DMRC. However, in case a candidate seeks extension for joining, then the second time medical examination expenditure for the joining will be borne by the candidate himself/herself.
The selection process would judge different facets of knowledge, skills, comprehension, aptitude and physical fitness. Candidates will have to pass through each stage successfully (including Medical examination), before being adjudged as suitable for selection. Candidates, who fail in the prescribed medical test, will not be given any alternative employment and decision of the Corporation is final on this issue. Dates of written examination, result of written examination and recruitment related all information shall be available only on Web site: http://www.delhimetrorail.com and candidates should remain in constant touch with it.
Written Test: For post codes 01, 02, 03,04 & 05 the written test will consist of two papers (Paper-I and Paper-II, to be held on the same day in the same centre). Paper-I will consist of multiple-choice objective type questions, on General Awareness, English, Logical Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and/or knowledge of the discipline/trade. There will be a total of 120 questions, each carrying equal marks. There will be no negative marking. The Paper-I shall be of 1.5 hours duration.
Paper-II will consist of subjective type questions on Paragraph Writing, Comprehension, Essay and questions on Science & Technology matter, in English Medium to judge the candidate‟s comprehension skills & test of English language. The Paper-II shall be of 1.5 hours duration.
Candidates who qualify in Paper-I and rank high on the merit list within the zone of consideration, as decided by the DMRC, will only be evaluated for Paper-II. Successful candidates based on the Written Test (Both Paper-I & Paper-II put together) shall be called for Personal Interview, at Delhi.
For post code 06, the written test will consist of multiple-choice objective type questions only, on General Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, English Language and specific ITI trade/discipline carrying a total of 120 questions. Each question will carry equal marks. There will be no negative marking. The paper will be of 1.5 hours duration.
Candidates (for all category of posts) to be called for Personal interview and Medical examination at Delhi shall be paid to & fro sleeper class Railway fare for journey by the shortest route between Railway Station nearest to hometown & Delhi. No reimbursement shall be made to the candidates appearing for the written examination.
Character & Antecedents: The success in the examination does not confer any right to appointment unless the corporation is satisfied after such an inquiry, as may be considered necessary, that the candidate having regard to his/her character and antecedents is suitable in all respects for appointment to the service.
Surety Bond: The candidates selected for posts of Sr.System Analyst, Jr.Engineers (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Civil) will have to execute a surety bond of Rs. 75,000/- & Cost of training (apprx.Rs.22,000/-) to serve the corporation for a minimum period of three years (exclusive of the period in which he remained on LWP or EOL) and also a three months prior notice, will be required before seeking resignation from the corporation.
The candidates selected for posts of Maintainers will have to execute a surety bond of Rs. 75,000/- & Cost of training (apprx.Rs.15,000/-) to serve the corporation for a minimum period of three years (exclusive of the period in which he remained on LWP or EOL) and also a three months prior notice, will be required before seeking resignation from the corporation.
Training & Probation: The selected candidates on appointment will be on Probation for a period of two years (including period of training), where they will undergo intensive training for prescribed duration. The Corporation has the right to enhance or reduce the training period at its discretion for any or all the trainees. During the probation period, candidates shall be required to pass various examinations. The service of the candidate during probation period can be terminated by the corporation if the performance of candidate is found to be unsatisfactory, in accordance with the terms & conditions of offer of appointment.
Pay & Emoluments: The pay & emoluments for direct recruits shall be as per pay scales under the IDA (Industrial DA) as applicable from time to time and other benefits which include Perks, HRA, Medical benefit, EPF, Gratuity, and Insurance etc. as per extant rules of the Corporation.
Concessions & Relaxations:
 Upper age relaxation by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates (of Central List) (Formats are available on DMRC’s website), for reserved posts.
 Upper age relaxations by 5 years for candidates belonging to Jammu & Kashmir who had ordinarily been domiciled in that state between 01.01.1980 and 31.12.1989.
 Upper age for Ex-servicemen will be length of service + 3 years, subject to a maximum age of 40 years. The Ex-servicemen are those who are covered in the definition, as per extant rules of Ministry of Defence/Govt of India.
 Reservation for Ex-Servicemen shall be treated as horizontal reservation, i.e., reservation to Ex-Servicemen belonging to any category (UR/SC/ST/OBC) will be adjusted within the category to which the selected Ex-Serviceman candidate belongs.
 Existing DMRC employees who have completed at least 3 years continuous service in DMRC as on 1.1.2013, will be given age relaxation to the extent of 3 years as on the date of reckoning of age limit for i.e. 1.1.2013.
Payment of application fee (including postage charges) (non-refundable):
1. UR & OBC (including Ex-servicemen) candidates are required to pay a Non-refundable fee of ` 375/- (inclusive of bank charges of ` 50/-) and SC/ST are required to pay a non-refundable fee of ` 125/- (for processing fee, inclusive of bank charges of ` 50/-) for each post
2. Fee & Bank transaction charges once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility, the closing date for submission of online application before paying the application fee plus bank transaction charges. If a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, he/she will have to remit the fee separately for each post.
How to apply
1. Candidates are required to apply online through website www.delhimetrorail.com. No other means/mode of application will be accepted.
2. Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID. It should be kept active during the currency of this recruitment process. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying online. Under no circumstances, he/she should share/mention e-mail ID to/of any other person.
3. Candidates are first required to go to the DMRC‟s website www.delhimetrorail.com and click on the link “Career”.
4. Thereafter, he/she may open the recruitment notification titled “DMRC/OM/HR/I/2013”.
5. Candidates are required to download the CASH CHALLAN (fee payment voucher) for payment of the application fee. The cash voucher is in triplicate.
6. Candidates are required to go to any Branch of State Bank of India and pay the amount of prescribed fees (for fee details see para “Payment of application fee”) per post. State Bank of India (SBI) has been authorized by DMRC to collect the application fee, in a specially opened DMRC Account No. 32091518042.
i) For payment of fees, candidate has to approach the nearest SBI branch with a challan in triplicate (1st copy-Candidate‟s copy, 2nd DMRC copy & 3rd Bank‟s copy) downloaded from DMRC website www.delhimetrorail.com.
ii) The challan printed from the DMRC website should only be used for depositing the fee for proper crediting amount in the allocated account.
iii) On receipt of the money, the bank will issue a unique Journal Number and a Branch code of the bank collecting the money. Candidates are required to collect the “Candidate‟s Copy” and “DMRC Copy” from the bank. They are also required to ensure that these cash challans contain i) Journal number ii) Branch Name iii) Branch code No. iv) Date of deposit v) Amount.
iv) DMRC will not be responsible in case the candidate deposits the fee in a wrong account. There will not be any other mode of payment of application fee. If selected for Interview, candidate will have to show the original copy of the challan meant for the candidate.
v) Application fee is to be paid between 25.04.2013 to 16.05.2013 only.
vi) Demand Drafts, Cheques, Money Orders, Postal Orders, Pay Orders, Banker’s Cheques, postal stamps, etc., will not be accepted, towards application fee.
7. Candidates are now ready to apply Online by re-visiting the career link i.e. “DMRC/OM/HR/I/2013” on DMRC‟s website www.delhimetrorail.com and by going to sub link titled “Apply Online” and follow the instructions given carefully therein for Online Registration.
8. The Online registration will remain active from 10.00 hrs of 25.04.2013 to 23.59 hrs of 16.05.2013 only. In order to avoid last minute rush, the candidates are advised to apply early enough. DMRC will not be responsible for network problems or any other problem of this nature in submission of online application during last days due to heavy rush etc.
9. Select the posts applied and fill in the requisite details in the online application format. All the fields in the online application format should be filled up carefully. There will be a pre-view of the applications filled in by the candidate before submitting the application, so that it can be edited. After submission of the application, no modification will be permitted.
10. Once you submit your application, the system will generate a unique Registration No. and generate a Registration Slip, which will have unique Registration number, your basic details like name, category, and post applied for.
11. Important: i) Candidates are advised to take 2 (two) print outs of the Registration slip. One copy of registration slip,
duly filled, should be sent to us and the other copy should be kept with the candidate for future reference.
ii) Paste his/her recent passport size colored photograph (3.5 cm X 3.5 cm) at appropriate place.
iii) Put his/her signature, in blue ink only, at the allocated place and put his/her left thumb impression on the relevant space allocated in the Registration slip. The thumb impression must be clear and complete. Ridges of the thumb impression must be clearly visible.
iv) Fill in the declaration given on the registration slip in your own handwriting. Handwriting should be in free flow and not in capital letters.
v) Candidates must ensure that the photograph must in be colour, not more than 03 months old from the date of the publication of this notification and it should be of good quality with fine print. Applications with mutilated or deformed photographs will summarily be rejected by DMRC. The other copy of the registration slip should be kept with the candidate for future reference.
12. Documents to be sent with the duly filled registration slip (as explained in para 11) :
i) Original copy of the payment challan meant for DMRC.
ii) Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories must attach an attested copy of their SC/ST certificates with the registration slip. OBC candidates (central list) are also required to attach the attested copy of their certificate.
13. The candidate will now send one copy of “Registration Slip” duly completed as explained above so as to reach the address given hereunder latest by 28.05.2013, positively via Ordinary Post only. Candidates must ensure that their duly filled applications reach the under mentioned address by 28.05.2013.

General: Most Important
1. While applying for these posts, the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility and other norms mentioned above as on the specified dates and that the particulars furnished by him / her are correct in all respects. In case, it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and / or that he / she has furnished any incorrect / false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his /her candidature will stand cancelled. if any of these shortcomings is/are detected even after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated.
2. The validity of the Selection Panel is for two years from the date of its operation.
3. The selection of candidate by DMRC does not confer any right to the candidate for appointment.
4. The written test will be held at Delhi only.
5. Candidates employed in Govt. Dept./ PSU/ Autonomous Body must produce „NOC‟ from the present employer on the date of Interview.
6. In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, she/he may register online separately & fill separate applications for each post and send them in separate envelop along with the requisite fee for each post as specified in para titled “Payment of application fee”. All applications should be completed in all respect, as each will bear a separate registration number.
7. Attach attested copies of Community/Caste Certificate in Central formats (SC/ST/OBC), for seeking age relaxation etc. with the registration slip. (All these formats are available on DMRC‟s website www.delhimetrorail.com. No other format will be acceptable)
8. A candidate who claims to belong to one of the Other Backward Classes has to submit in support of his claim an attested copy of a certificate in the prescribed form issued by the competent authority specified by the Central Govt. in their O.M. No. 36012/22/93-Estt. (SC) dated 08.09.93. OBC certificate should be current & issued within one year of the closing date of the application.
9. Candidates should keep sufficient numbers of same Photograph in reserve for future use, which they are using in the registration slip.
10. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected.
11. Request for change of mailing address or e-mail address will not be entertained under any circumstances.
12. Court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be at Delhi.
13. DMRC reserves the right to fix the minimum standard/qualifying marks for each component of selection for all posts.
14. DMRC shall not be responsible for any postal delay/ loss in transit. No request in this regard will be entertained.
15. Candidates must remain in constant touch with DMRC‟s website www.delhimetrorail.com for information regarding dates of written test, result of written test, schedule of Interview, standards of Vision for Medical test etc. The eligible candidates, whose applications are available on the Master list & do not receive the admit card for written examination in time, may check the status of their application and also download the admit card through DMRC‟s website as per schedule & instructions notified on DMRC‟s website in advance.
16. The admit card for written test will NOT be sent by post or email. It will only be downloaded from DMRC website.
17. The issue of an Admit Card or result notification to appear in the written test/ interview/medical fitness test or the fact of having passed these tests or having been placed on the final merit list, will not be a proof of any candidate‟s eligibility. Candidature will be purely provisional subject to eligibility and other verifications before or after appointment in DMRC. The onus of ensuring that candidate meets all the eligibility requirements will rest on the candidate himself/herself all through the recruitment process. Candidates will be allowed to appear in written test / interview/ medical fitness test purely on provisional basis and no candidate will have a right to appointment or any compensation only on the ground of having appeared in or passed the written or any other screening test.
18. DMRC is not responsible for any printing error that might have inadvertently crept in.
19. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
20. Bringing mobile phone/Communication device in the examination Hall will be deemed GUILTY OF MISCONDUCT & suitable actions including immediate expulsion of candidate from the examination hall will be taken.
N.B.: Candidates should refer to advertisement given in the Employment News or on DMRC‟s website only, for the purpose of applying for the jobs. DMRC has not authorized any other agency/vendor to publish the instant ad and application form. The only and accepted mode of submission of application is exhaustively been explained from para 1 to 14 under title “How to apply”.
