Southern Railway invites applications for General Departmental Competitive Examination in the category of Junior Engineer/ P.Way & Junior Engineer/ Track Machine Organisation. The GDCE will be conducted by Railway Recruitment Cell, Chennai.

1. Junior Engineer/ P.Way: 23 Posts
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Civil Engineering (Transportation).
2. Junior Engineer/ Track Machine Organisation: 20 Posts
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/ Production/ Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering. A combination of any sub-stream of basic stream of Mechanical/ Production/ Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
Age (As on 01.07.2017): 42 years.
