Responsibilities:
1. Expertise in managing multiple Db2 10.5, Db2 V9.7 and V9.1 RDBMS on AIX.
2. Basic knowledge of AIX OS and its related commands.
3. Good knowledge of SQL and query tuning.
4. Good knowledge on Automatic Storage and Stored Procs.
5. Expertise in trouble shooting, pro active monitoring, backup, restore/recovery and performance tuning.
6. High availability features – HACMP, replication and HADR.
