Qualifications: 12 or more years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Mathematics, or Engineering is required and Master’s degree is preferred. Aviation related software application development background will be a plus.
Required Skills:
1. Agile Project Management or scrum master experience a must. Scrum Master Certification is preferred.
2. Experience working with scaled agile in complex software development environments is a major plus.
3. Demonstrated success in managing complex development projects.
4. Proficient in MS Office tool suite and Project Management software tools.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical test results to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Demonstrated knowledge of project management best practices and processes.
7. Demonstrated knowledge of industry standard software development methodologies and life-cycles.
8. Experience using Confluence, JIRA is preferred.
