Job Description:
1. Excellent in Communication Skill, that is English.
2. Dealing with and resolving helpdesk requests e.g. Outlook issues, Operating system issues, printer, Standard software⿿s, Antivirus.
3. Basic installation, configuration and support of IT equipment (PC, laptops, printers etc.).
4. Work as a team member, providing support to colleagues as and when required.
5. Should be flexible and ready to work on Voice supports.
6. Engineer should be ready to work in Shift 24/ 7.
7. Awareness on the hardware and OS.
8. Sound knowledge of windows 8 .1 and windows 7.
9. Should have knowledge on the SLA and ticketing system.
