Jr. Research Fellow (JRF): 01 Post Qualifications: i). B.Sc. (Physics), M.Sc./ M.Phil. (Physics/ Applied Physics/ Materials Science), M.Sc. Tech (Engineering Physics/ Nanotechnology) or equivalent degree with first class (at all levels) with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 6.5 on 10 point scale, or not less than 60% marks in aggregate. ii). In the case of SC/ST candidates, the eligibility criteria is CGPA of at least 6.0 on a 10 point scale grading system, or not less than 55% marks in aggregate. iii). Candidates with valid GATE / CSIR-NET scores will be preferred.
