Non Executive Posts (Regular) Assistant (Legal): 01 Post Qualification: Professional degree in Law from a recognised University. One year experience of handling legal matters in a reputed organization/or with experienced Advocate. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) shall be desirable. Assistant (Vigilance): 01 Post Qualification: Graduate with 55% marks from recognised University, having 2 years experience in Police/CID or working in Vigilance set up of a Government Department/PSU. Preference to those candidates who have undergone training in Intelligence or Vigilance work. Experience relax able by one year in case of exceptionally deserving candidates. Knowledge of Computers (MS Office) shall be desirable. Management Trainees Management Trainee (Prodn.): 10 Posts Qualification: B.Sc. (Agri.) plus MBA (Agri. Business Management) OR M.Sc. (Agri.) with specialization in Agronomy / Seed Technology / Plant Breeding & Genetics/ Agriculture Entomology / Plant Pathology from a recognised University/ Institution with minimum 60% marks. Management Trainee (Engg.): 03 Posts Qualification: BE/ B.Tech. (Agri. Engg.) from recognised University/ Institutions with minimum 60% marks. Management Trainee (F&A): 02 Posts Qualification: Pass in CA/ CMA (ICWA) or 2 years full time MBA with specialization in Finance from recognised University/ Institutions with minimum 60% marks. Diploma Trainees Diploma Trainee (Civil Engg.): 06 Posts Qualification: Three years diploma in Agriculture Engineering/ Civil Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a Govt. Polytechnic/ Institution. Trainees Trainee (Human Resource): 13 Posts Qualifications: BBA/ BCA/ BA (Personnel Management) OR Graduate with minimum 55% marks from recognised University/ Institutions with one year Diploma in Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management/ Labour Laws/ Computer Application from a recognised University/ Institution. In addition to the above, the candidate should have knowledge of MS Office and typing with speed of 40/35 WPM in English/Hindi in computer. Knowledge of Hindi typing is mandatory. In case a candidate does not possess Hindi typing at the time of selection, they have to pass the examination of Hindi typing during the course of training period. Trainee (Finance): 13 Posts Qualification: B.Com. with minimum 55% marks from recognised University. In addition to above knowledge of computer application is mandatory. Trainee (Store): 07 Posts Qualification: B.Sc. (Agri.) with minimum 55% marks from recognised University or Graduate with minimum 55% marks with one year diploma in Materials Management/ Inventory Management/ Stores Management. Knowledge of computer application is mandatory. Trainee (Agriculture): 12 Posts Qualification: B.Sc. (Agriculture) with minimum 55% marks from recognised University. Knowledge of computer (MS Office) is mandatory. Trainee (Laboratory): 02 Posts Qualification: B.Sc. with Chemistry and Biology as subjects with minimum 55% marks from a recognised University/ Institution.
