Project Assistant (PA): 01 Post Qualification: Graduate in any discipline having hands-on training/ skill in Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Plant Tissue Culture wet laboratory. Candidates must have basic knowledge of computers. JRF/ SRF: 01 Post Qualification: JRF: First class B.Tech./ M.Sc./ M.Tech./ ME in Agriculture/ Biochemistry/ Bioprocess Engineering/ Biotechnology/ Botany/ Environmental Science/ Food Technology/ Genetic Engineering/ Genetics/ Microbiology/ Molecular Biology. Qualifying degree (B.Tech./ M.Sc./ M.Tech./ ME) certificate should be produced during the interview. The candidate should have B.Tech (CGPA ? 8) or M.Sc. (? 60%) with valid GATE score ? 450; M.Tech. without GATE, CGPA ? 8 (80%); ME without GATE, CGPA ? 8 (80%). Candidates having practical knowledge on handling microbial culture and Molecular Biology techniques will get preference. SRF: Same as JRF with two years research experience.
